Upon application for the services provided by blankcanvasgallery.com services, you accept all of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

Using Blank Canvas Gallery.com

While using Blank Canvas Gallery services:

You agree to pay the fees for the service. All fees are in U.S. Dollars.
You agree that you are responsible for:

Sales to the individual buyer
Collection of sales proceeds
Compliance with any applicable sales tax collection and remittance.
Delivery and shipping of the sold item.

You agree to not post inappropriate, false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or libelous content in your portfolio section or in your gallery images.
You agree to not transfer your BCG account and User ID to another party without our consent.
You agree to not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm BCG, or the interests or property of BCG users.
You agree to not copy, modify, or distribute content from the BCG site and other users of the BCG services.
You agree to not hold BCG responsible for other users’ content, actions or inactions, or items of individual listings.
When posting content on this site, you are granting BCG permission to use that content in delivering the stated services.

Blank Canvas Gallery agrees:

To operate the services as described in the documents posted on the site.

Our artist community works together to provide properly functioning Site services. BCG may limit, suspend or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our website, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users of the sites if we believe they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

Liability

The BCG Site is an internet service to promote fellow Artists and their art. BCG liability is limited to providing the internet hosting services as described on this site.
